Scope of Services. Through this Site, Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, House Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Office Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://scrubandshinecleaningco.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Scrub & Shine Cleaning Co from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
